‍Things to consider when submitting:‍

• ‍Geographies: Company HQ'd in United States and Canada‍
• ‍Stage: Primary focus on Seed and Series A, but will consider Pre-Seed and Series B‍
• ‍Initial Check Size: Typically $3-10M.
• ‍Participation: We like to lead or co-lead rounds and actively support our companies as board members.
