Ashley Archibeque

Ashley Archibeque is Executive Assistant to Two Bear Capital's Founder and Managing Partner Mike Goguen. With a focus on strategic prioritization, Ashley ensures seamless operations in the executive office, allowing Mike to concentrate on the highest-impact initiatives for the firm. Ashley has over a decade of experience supporting top-level executives across various sectors in all aspects of operations. Prior to joining Two Bear Capital, Ashley held pivotal roles in start-ups, including Chief of Staff and Executive Operations Manager at Sentral. She also worked in the financial industry for over seven years in marketing and analytics. Ashley holds a BS in Finance from Regis University in Colorado.
