Ashley Archibeque

Ashley Archibeque is Executive Assistant to Two Bear Capital's Founder and Managing Partner Mike Goguen. With a focus on strategic prioritization, Ashley ensures seamless operations in the executive office, allowing Mike to concentrate on the highest-impact initiatives for the firm. Ashley has over a decade of experience supporting top-level executives across various sectors in all aspects of operations. Prior to joining Two Bear Capital, Ashley held pivotal roles in startups, including Chief of Staff and Executive Operations Manager at Sentral. She also worked in the financial industry for over seven years in marketing and analytics. Ashley holds a B.S. in Finance from Regis University in Colorado.
