Eric Fulton

Eric Fulton is a Venture Partner at Two Bear Capital where he focuses on enterprise technology, cybersecurity, and healthcare information technology. Prior to joining the firm, Eric was the Head of Global Telecom for Citadel Securities. He was responsible for an expansive network portfolio which ensured institutions and retail investors could trade what they want, when they want — in all market conditions around the world. As the former CTO of Evenio Networks, Eric specialized in designing and implementing ultra-low-latency fiber and wireless networks between financial exchanges. In his early career, Eric consulted on web application, red team, social engineering, and compliance assessments for Fortune 100 companies as an ethical hacker. He has taught introductory cryptography, reverse engineering, and network forensics as an adjunct professor at Montana State University. He has been a frequent speaker at industry conferences and has published in multiple industry journals. Eric graduated from the University of Montana and earned his MS in Information Security and Assurance from Western Governors University.
