Nikki Johns

Nikki Johns is the Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Two Bear Capital. She has more than 15 years of experience leading and growing teams globally within the strategy, technology, and healthcare spaces. During the course of her career, she has held positions at KPMG, PwC, and FTI Consulting where she ran large platforms, large global teams, and led new initiatives in life sciences. She has been responsible for thousands of hires spanning from associate to partner level and C-suite roles, building new initiatives from scratch, and helping to turn around high-risk investments by recruiting the right talent for the jobs. She graduated from Indiana University with a BA in Psychology. She currently resides in Whitefish, Montana.
